Gamer Bedroom Curtains
The Pokemon franchise is one of the best-selling companies in the world. It has been estimated to have made over 90 billion dollars since its first game was released in 1996. Merchandise is one of the leading reasons for its high revenue. This is due to Pokemon's merch; trading cards, food, and toys. Alongside this, they make movies, spin-offs, music, and TV series. The fanbase is dedicated and has recreated this Pokemon experience within The Sims 4. Whether this be changing gameplay with mods or downloading custom content.
Updated on August 7, 2021, by Rebekah Louise Meek: The best part of any sim game is how much you can tweak it to fit what you want to do. The Sims series is especially capable thanks to user-created content. One instance of Pokemon fans leveraging this capability is pets becoming Pokemon. Another popular way of paying homage to Pokemon is recreating the towns. Here are the best Sims 4 Pokemon mods.

Items include; a Pikachu rug, two chairs, curtains, drawers, bedside table, four paintings, and a table. Alongside this is a bed with four swatches of different Pokemon designs.
Each of these items that have a Pokemon Go pattern can be in black or red. The paintings are beautiful Pokemon art such as Pikachu surrounded by cherry blossoms. You can find this set here.
8 Get Your Own Pet Pokemon
The Sims 4's My First Pet pack came out in March 2020 and allowed players to own small animals including hamsters, rats, hedgehogs, and a miniature Bubalus. The Bubalus is one of the fictional animals created by The Sims, belonging to a set called Voidcritters.
These animals also have their own playing cards collectible by Sims, clearly inspired by Pokemon. This user, The Kalino, has recreated miniature Pokemon for your Sims to own! So far, she has only recreated Eevee and Pikachu, but they animate like the normal small pets in The Sims 4.
Also included is the original cage recolored to more aesthetic colors! She has recently recreated Pikachu as a downloadable animal for you to install into the game and own. You can find them both here.
7 Adorable Pokemon Plushies
The user WishelSims has created some adorable Pokemon plushies! These items are popular in real life, so why not get some variations in The Sims? So far they have recreated Eevee, Pikachu, Substitute, and Scorbunny. The Scorbunny has three different styles (as seen above).
The other three only have one style, but they are just as great. They are perfect for any Sim's bedroom and are not just for kids. They don't require any packs to use so it's available to any Pokemon fan. You can find it here.
6 Alola Trial Captain's Hair
Pokemon Sun & Moon takes place in Alola. It is made up of four islands: Melemele, Akala, Ula'ula, and Poni Island. Instead of Gym Leaders for each region, they have trial captains, who specialize in certain types of Pokemon. These three captains work on Akala island. The user Jhoca-Sims has recreated the styles of Mallow, Kiawe, and Lana. Their hairstyles are not compatible with hats, but who would want to cover up this hair! Her account is full of hairstyles of Pokemon trainers like Piers, Marnie, Leon, and even Team Rocket. They are detailed and perfect for fans of Sun & Moon. You can find it here.
5 Pokemon Posters
This user, Illogical Sims, has created these posters for Pokemon players around the world. For a Pokemon lover, these posters can spruce up any build.
There are 11 available for the base game and there are more recolors, but they require The Sims 4's Kids Room Stuff pack. These posters are images of a variety of types of Pokemon, with their evolutions behind them. For example, the poster shows Bulbasaur with his evolutions Ivysaur and Venusaur.
These posters are very cool and perfect for Pokemon fans. You can find it here.
4 Poke Balls For Puppies
Poke Balls are devices that Trainers use to catch Pokemon. There are a variety of catch rates for different Poke Balls, the default Pokeball being a 1x catch rate. The user llazyneiph has recreated the 25 types of Poke Balls you can get in X & Y, and turned them into dog toys. Pokemon fans can give their adorable Sims pets a little Pokeball to play fetch with. It's only specifically for dogs, but cats would most likely sniff it and just walk away. You can find it here.
3 Sport Your Favourite Pokemon On Your Bedsheets
Pokemon merchandise is available in toys, clothes, hats, and more. It's only fitting that you rep your favorite Pokemon on your bedsheets. They are a recolor of a custom content bed created by user SpiraShun.
The user LottieSims1993 has created exactly 17 of these wonderful sheets. They are unfortunately only available for Toddler beds so far, but they're still an amazing addition to a build. The designs are singular Pokemon as well as other designs that feature fan art.
The creator has also added the detail of the pillows matching the blanket color. You can find it here.
2 Express Your Inner Charizard
Charizard is one of the evolutions of the original starter Pokemon, Charmander. Charizard is a Fire-type pokemon and a very powerful one. When you're running outside, you want to feel powerful and motivated just like Charizard.
This set could make you feel just like that. The set is available in six colors. This set is a combination of two different custom content items from the user Tasha Maria put together, thankfully created with the same color palette. The tank top is long and matched with short shorts, making a great outfit.
If you aren't a big fan of Charizard, then you can get the shorts just by themselves. You can find the set here.
1 Classic Poke Rugs
For fans of the Pokemon classics, these rugs are perfect. Rugs add a nice touch to builds in The Sims 4, with endless custom content available on the internet. These rugs are luckily available for base game users. The user MadRadMandee created these wonderful rugs.
The rug designs feature four of the original 150 Pokemon, specifically Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Pikachu. These four are among the franchise's most popular Pokemon ever. The two other designs include the Pokemon logo and the standard Pokeball. They fit perfectly in a kid's bedroom or even as a quirky decoration in your living room. You can find them here.
